The greatest day of my bodybuilding life, was when I got started with the Ultimate Muscle Building Systems program. I used to be an overweight lad in the age of 23, with more fat than muscle.
I had tried countless bodybuilding methods and techniques that proved to be completely obsolete. I thought that there was no way out to building more muscles and getting rid of those nasty fat blocks all over my physique.
I was literally shooting in the dark for 3 years with counter productive programs and hazy "expert advices". I had tried them all... muscle gain programs, promising supplements and paid personal trainers.
Some programs worked, but none of them met my long-term goal; "To be as muscular and ripped as possible".
